This hands-on workshop is all about learning how to create your own beautiful cheeseboard. The Gourmet Goddess, Katie Sannito, has made cheeseboard styling a regular part of her private event catering business and wants to share all her favorite things about it with you. She will take you through the different types of cheeses, cured meats, how to pair them, and all the delicious accoutrements that will make your cheeseboard a thing of beauty.

This workshop is perfectly timed to prepare you for Thanksgiving celebrations. A gorgeous, seasonal and well curated cheeseboard is a delicious way to get your holiday meal started! Bring all your entertaining and food presentation questions with you.

Cheese samples along with tea and scones from the Merrillville Florist and Tea Room will be provided. Additional items will be available for purchase throughout the gift shop.
